New Sim Card

Hi, I have just upgraded my virgin media equipment and part of the deal was unlimited data on a new SIM card. I’m an existing virgin mobile customer. The new SIM card has arrived but it says I have a new mobile number. I don’t want a new number, I want to keep my existing number. What do I do?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I was sorry about any confusing caused with your new SIM offer as part of our Oomph packages. 

 

Whilst we can't transfer your number to the new SIM that has been sent as part of your package, we can assign your existing mobile number to your Oomph package and cancel the new SIM we have sent you instead. 

 

I have located your account information from your forum information so I'll pop you a Private Message to go through security and we can get that sorted out for you. Look out for the Purple Envelope and pop me a reply when you can.
