I received a duplicate of the SIM card. I've been waiting for the card to run for 4 hours. I checked two Samsung Note 3 and S9 + phones. On/ off, reset... Network not available. I use this number also for work.Can someone turn on the card with the number 07809409618? You do not have Chat, it's absurd too.
Received a new sim card last week (apparently I needed one??) but now when I lose network coverage the phone doesn't receive a signal until I reboot it! Never had any issues with previous Virgin sim! This is beyond annoying now and if it doesn't get rectified I will be migrating to another network very soon.
It's not a coverage problem, have a 4g signal at home. I lose signal when out and about which is to be expected it's just that when I get back to a good coverage area the phone will stay on emergency calls only until I restart my device. Then it instantly gets a signal. If I don't restart it never re-connects. Have phoned Virgin this evening and hopefully it's sorted 🤞. Told me to monitor it and if it's no better to get back in touch and they will send a new sim.
