New SIM not received

Letter recieved saying I will be cut off from mobile use. I have not received a new SIM to use.

Sorry to hear that you haven't yet received your new sim card.

 

I can look into this for you and get a new sim sent out to you. I will need to drop you a private message,so that we confirm your details, clear account security and get this sent out to you.

Hi Steve,

I have  still not received the new SIM card. However, I have decided to cancel my contract and swap to a different company. I need a PAC, but again I cannot get any answer from ringing 789 and the other number 65075 has engineers working to try and repair it! Can you please obtain a PAC for me.

Apologies for the delay in reply. Welcome to the community and thank you for posting.Sorry to hear that you've not received your SIM and that you wish to leave. If you head to your online account here you'll be able to log in and request the PAC code.
