New SIM not delivered

Hi,

I got a text from Virgin Media yesterday saying all calls will be blocked unless I insert a new SIM.  Problem is I don’t have this new SIM - it’s not been sent or it hasn’t been delivered- either way I can’t swap the SIMs over.

Please can you stop the barring until you deliver me the new SIM.

Very sorry to hear this, I can appreciate you're keen to get a new SIM and stay connected. 

Has a new SIM already been ordered for you now? 

If so it will arrive within 3-5 days and I'm sure we'll keep you active until then. You'll then need to activate it following the instructions that come with the SIM. 

If a new SIM hasn't been ordered then do let me know and I can arrange this

Thank you for the quick reply.  I think it safest to order a new SIM please - but I need it delivered to an alternative address rather than one my account is linked to.  Is this possible please?

I am also experiencing the same issue. My SIM has not arrived and I now need a new one to be shipped to a different address.

Hello @Emma_C, you appear to be the person to come to for SIM swapping problems 🙂

Same story here, I have not received a SIM but am getting a series of increasingly grumpy texts from VM about not having swapped yet. . .  .
