New SIM not delivered - informed and still no SIM

Having repeatedly informing you that the SIM has not been delivered - I am now without phone service. 

I have a ref number for my complaint you were unable to supply the PAC number for some reason and despite being told the SIM would be couriered I am yet to receive it.

I have no SIM for a service I am still paying for, the customer service number is closed the instant messaging is not responsive.

We urgently need this resolving.

- I understand that these are testing times - but you are a telecomms company - of all the companies out there you should be abe to communicate!

RESOLUTION PLEASE - either PAC code or SIM required immediately
