I’m on an Oomph 5GB SIM plan and yesterday took delivery of a Samsung S22. It seemed to be workin yesterday but today I can barely get a signal or any connection at all. If I do it is rarely 4g. I’ve been on the phone to support and received no support other than being told to try the SIM in another phone. The SIM worked in my old Huwaei so why isn’t it working now? That phone was sent off today as part of the trade in deal.
I spoke to the helpful Samsung support and they suggest I try a new SIM. How do I request this? Also, can I get a 5g one. I’m on a SUM only plan and think I’m therefore entitled to one according to blurb on the Virgin website.
The main thing though is to just at least have a working SIM card as I’m currently without a decent connection.
