I recently got given a new SIM card. It didn’t activate so I called the help line that assured me the issues would be fixed in a couple of days. Later my old sim stops working but I still have no signal on my new sim and now I have no way to phone or text a helpline. I asked repeatedly if all I had to do was put the sim in following the instructions and just wait. It’s really disappointing that it still won’t work after calling.
