New SIM card hasn't arrived by post

Hi, I received a text message a couple of weeks ago about an update to Virgin Mobile's service which meant I'd be sent a new SIM. However, I still haven't received this new SIM and the old one has now stopped working, so I am not able to call customer service.
 Any help with this is much appreciated.
