New SIM card has not arrived

Last week on Tuesday the 16th I decided to move my Pay As You Go SIM number to a Pay monthly contract with the same number and it is still yet to arrive. Leaving me unable to use my current SIM

Any update to the status of my sim or a resending of it would be much appreciated thanks
