I hope someone will be able to help me. I currently live abroad and it's unlikely I will return to the UK anytime soon. I would like to close my two Virgin Mobile accounts. The problem is I do not have my sim cards. I have been trying to find an email address for Virgin Mobile but there isn't any.
Can anyone here advise me please on how do I leave virgin mobile?

Unfortunately there isn't an email address for cancellations, also the Forum Team can't process regrades or cancellations.
Since you say you can't use the phone as you are living abroad you can write to them to as per the terms-and-conditions
If writing make sure you sign it and send it by registered (signed for) post. Include your full name/address account number etc.
