Name change

Hello, 

I am having a problem with changing my name on Virgin Mobile account. I have sent an email to namechange@virginmedia.co.uk with all necessary documentation but my name still remains unchanged. I have tried to do that a year ago as well. I have sent several emails and even spoke with someone at Virgin Media store. Still, nothing changed. Back then, I just have lost my patience and then forgot about it. Now, I can upgrade my plan but I am unable to do so, because use my name on the account and my bank details don't match. 

I have sent an email to the namechange@virginmedia.co.uk yesterday, but I have seen that quite a few people are having problems with that, so I decided to write my query here to get some help asap. 

I will be extremely grateful for any assisstance.

is the account currently in your name or someone else's?

Hi, 

The account is in my name. I have changed my last name to my husbands name a year ago.

Hi, 

Thank you for your help and the links, but I have already done that. I have filled the form and attached marriage certificate and sent to namechange@virginmedia.co.uk. The problem is that after doing all this, the name on my account is still my maiden name. I have sent that email several times and nothing has been changed.
