I am having a problem with changing my name on Virgin Mobile account. I have sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with all necessary documentation but my name still remains unchanged. I have tried to do that a year ago as well. I have sent several emails and even spoke with someone at Virgin Media store. Still, nothing changed. Back then, I just have lost my patience and then forgot about it. Now, I can upgrade my plan but I am unable to do so, because use my name on the account and my bank details don't match.
I have sent an email to the email@example.com yesterday, but I have seen that quite a few people are having problems with that, so I decided to write my query here to get some help asap.
Thank you for your help and the links, but I have already done that. I have filled the form and attached marriage certificate and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The problem is that after doing all this, the name on my account is still my maiden name. I have sent that email several times and nothing has been changed.
