I have a Virgin Media SIM card for my daughter's iPhone SE, which I have just realised has not activated / registered. She is unable to make calls or use mobile data. I have tried my Virgin Media SIM card in her phone and it works fine, so the phone is not network locked (she used to be on Tesco Mobile).
Can anyone advise how to either register or activate the SIM card or do I need to order a new SIM?
FYI - she has had this SIM since July 2021, but we have only just noticed the issue, so not sure if it was ever activated.
