My mobile usage seems messed up.

Joining in

I started using Virgin Mobile two weeks ago and this is the usage that shows on my account:


I don't think these details are correct.

I don't use SMS.

My only calls have been to the Virgin Customer Support and while I had to wait for 30 minutes to be connected to an agent each time, it definitely hasn't been over 3500 minutes.

Finally, I haven't left Ireland so I don't understand why it shows I have roaming usage.

Could someone please explain how these values are computed?

I'm assuming you are with Virgin Ireland. This is Virgin UK and totally separate.
