My main mobile phone number is lost by Virgin and is now a Vodafone number. I want my virgin number back

My main Virgin mobile phone number is lost off my Virgin account, and when I called it there is Vodafone voicemail, so someone else is getting all my texts and I can't use my phone number. I have no idea how this has happened. Please get me back my Virgin phone number asap. Thanks. Andrew

The number is now missing from my account as someone has moved it to Vodafone.

My mobile with the sim for that number now has no signal.

When I call the number there is Vodafone voicemail.

I called Virgin mobile and they are doing an investigation, and hopefully will retrieve my mobile number.

Santander are also doing an investigation into illegally access to my bank account and an attempt to illegally transfer money from it, using my mobile number to access my bank account
