My bill has suddenly gone up by £7 per month. I was told that it would never go up so I a dissapointed to see that it has gone up with no warning. I have tried to talk to online chat but they have kept me waiting with no reply. Can someone help please?
Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting. Have you tried logging into your online cable account to check whether an old offer has recently expired or whether there are any chargeable items on there that may explain the increase?
