Yes, they've emailed me. The app says I need to authenticate my account/mobile. The email says says sorry i'm leaving them. I cant check my app or use my virgin sim as i'm out of the UK, I was hoping to email them or even chat via their website but it seems the only thin I can do is call them. Struggling!! Any suggestions?
Hi Kippies I actually think it must be a scam because the email starts with Hi , and doesn't include my name. (Hi , We're sorry to hear you've decided to close your Virgin Mobile account for (my mobile), we'll be really sorry to see you go. We'd really appreciate it if you could answer some questions about the way we handled your request so we can make improvements wherever we can.) The rest of the email has some links to click, but I havent. Also, the header is full red with white logo and all my bills have been sent with white header and red logo, plus the email is from Virgin Media and Medallia. I'm going to ignore their email and contact them when i'm back in the UK in a few months. I pay my bills on time, so they shouldn't cut me off for any reason. Thanks for responding to my shout out so quickly.
