I recently spoke to Virgin Customer service, and got a great new bundle, with TV, Broadband, phone and got told it would be cheaper to switch over from Virgin Media to O2.
The SIM cards have arrived, both myself and my partner have received a message with our PAC codes, but also stating on there that we owe £1,000 - This does make sense as the credit agreement with have with Virgin for our phones still goes on for a few years.
I’m assuming that the credit agreement will still apply so we will both still pay for the handsets themselves, and then for the big bundle as well? If we set up the new Sims it’s not going to charge the 2 sets of £1,000 is it?
