My Account, Plan and Devices,My Device is not currant.

Hi it is approximately 9 or 10 years since I bought this for my son.

I am a little surprised that I cannot edit this in any way.

Thanks for your response.

In this day and age when fewer devices are bought from Virgin I would like to be able to edit the device or at least remove redundant devices from the web page.

Perhaps when the web interface is next reviewed, the web team could consider this.

I have been a customer since the late 1990s when Virgin offered really good value for payg/sim only phones, often with reconditioned phones.

But today there are lots more alternative good value sources for devices

The phone's listed on the mobile accounts are only for phone's purchased from Virgin, so that old phone will stay there - unless you purchase a new one from Virgin.

Thanks for coming back to us @Sappermajor.

 

I'm sorry but you wont be able to edit the last handset and plan that you purchased from ourselves as @teabag suggested until a new handset has been purchased from ourselves the system would automatically be updated, when this happens.
