I have just signed up for a Virgin mobile.
I have registered for my account, and verified my email address, but when I try to log in I keep getting:
"Oops, something's gone wrong!"
Can anyone help, please?

Firstly I would like to apologise for the issue you've been having when trying to log in. Can I ask if you have used a different browser? This normally is the root cause of the problem.
