Moving mobile phone to Virgin

Hi can someone please help?  I am an existing Virgin Broadband customer.  I got an email offer for Virgin mobile which I applied for but have not received any form of confirmation from Virgin whatsoever.  So I don't know whether the application has been received or acted upon.  

I contacted the call centre but didn't get anywhere with them.  How do I find out whether my application has been received and acted on or not?  Thank you.

I'm sorry that you have not yet heard back regarding your recent package order. I can certainly check your account for you to see if the order was successfully processed, however unfortunately we wouldn't be able to help beyond this as we cannot help with package change requests from here.
