Moving a number to Family Plan

I recently spoke to a sales adviser via a phone call to buy an additional SIM for our Family Plan. The SIM arrived etc but the new number has not been added to our existing Family Plan but to a separate plan - how do i get it moved? I'd normally do this via webchat or phone but given the current situation thought i'd ask on here first to avoid blocking the lines for more urgent calls 🙂
