Moved abroad and need to cancel my my Mobile contract

Hi,

I've moved abroad and no longer require my Virgin Mobile pay monthly contract (SIM only) and need to cancel but I cannot call the number from here in Denmark.

Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to cancel your account, you can do this by speaking to the team via WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112, they will be able to arrange your cancellation for you.
