Moved abroad and cannot cancel my mobile phone plan
I have moved away from the UK and want to cancel my plan, which Virgin has made impossible.
The only way seems to request a PAC or STAC code, but as I have moved aboard my new provider will not take it. I cannot find any live chat and I found a contact number which I called but an automated message said I could not call from Australia.
It is obvious you make it purposely hard to cancel plans.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had a lot a of trouble when trying to cancel your mobile phone plan, it shouldn't have been this way for you. You can indeed cancel your plan without needing to use a PAC/STAC, however sadly it's not something we can help with here from the community forums.
Can you please tell us what number you have tried calling?
