I moved from o2 to virgin mobile. PAC completed and number ported over. I now cannot make or receive calls/texts and have no data. Not connecting to any network. APN all correct. Still on o2 sim not VM if that’s makes a difference.
I am sorry to hear that the manual network search hasn't helped. Is this issue ongoing for you today? If it is, can you please confirm what make and model of handset you're using?
