Mother's maiden name

Still can't set up a virgin mobile account it's saying answers are wrong on signing up page. Mother's maiden name postcode and mobile number are not recognized.

Think I will have to cancel as I need to enter my pac code to keep number but can't even set up an account.

Hi Paul, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the set up of the online account, can you try using a different email? Please also insure that you have tried caps and non caps. Sometimes the memorable word can be case sensitive ^Chris
