I ordered a iPhone 13 pro on Friday 11th March for delivery Saturday, I was keeping an eye on yodels tracking, and at 8.49 it was loaded onto van, then at 09.13 it was returned to sender.
On the yodel site it said to contact the sender, so I contacted virgin mobile, they told me it had been cancelled and that I’d have to order another phone, so I reordered another iPhone 13 pro. This I received on the 15th March, using it now.
In the mean time I’m getting charged for the first phone that was cancelled by virgin mobile, and when tracking it, I see it had gone out again for delivery only to be returned to sender, reason not at this address, so this makes it 2 times it’s been returned to sender! And this is after talking to virgin and been told it was cancelled, and was back with them. Why they sent it out again I don’t know? So now it’s going back to virgin mobile (hopefully).
I have contacted yodel and they apologised for the mess and suggested contacting the sender, I’ve done this and all that virgin mobile say is they can’t do anything until it’s returned, the fact that it still hasn’t been returned to them after 5 days and is getting sent out again doesn’t seem to cause any worries.
