Mobile phone cashback not received.

I’m having this same issue.

Hi, I took out a contract on the 28/09 for an iPhone 14 Plus and the phone arrived on the 08/10

I traded in my iPhone 12 with you and that was completed on the 12/10.

But I have yet to receive my text message with my code to claim back £100 cashback from apple. The agent I spoke to when I took out the contract said I would receive a text within 21 days of receiving my handset. And we are now on the 33rd day.

To make it transparent. Also been told on live chat tough **bleep** basically and getting offered £50.

I was told like the above user trade in and get the new phone then I will get a code in 21 days.

I still haven’t gotten my code to this day and live chat are telling me I should have input a code on the trade in page.

There is no where to input a code on the trade in portal and they magically want me to have the promo code 21 days before I receive it.
