Mobile password

I am having the same issue.

I called 789 to have the password reset.

After a lengthy call with security checks etc. I was told my password was reset for me - the operator asked me to give her the password and I still can NOT log in.

I have had no confirmation via email or text to say the password has been reset and can not use any online method to reset my password or gain access to my account. This is incredibly frustrating.

This issue has been solved. There was some miscommunication when speaking to the virgin operator which became apparent after your PM Beth.
