Mobile package change

I changed my mobile package to an all inclusive one but this hasn't been updated on my new mobile device (number was ported from previous package)

Hi Biggles67, thanks for the message and sorry for the delayed reply. The package change would make no changes where a number is ported so this is nothing to worry about. With the Mobile system when a package is done this will take affect from the next refresh date. When the minutes texts and data refresh you should find the new package on this date. Chris
