Sorry to hear about this - the message in which you receive online confirms that an order has been placed, it wouldn't confirm if this was 100% completed due to additional checks needing to take place when an order is placed. When an order is parked it can be down to a couple of reasons. We have a team that checks every order to make sure details match etc and would release this within 24-72 hours - another reason an order can be parked is because the credit check has failed.
Have you been able to speak with anyone since your post for an update on this?
