Hi.
I’ve recently placed an order with Virgin Mobile for the new iPhone 13 Pro Max and everything went smoothly.
Upon checking my order, I can see it says ‘Parked’.
Can someone explain what this actually means and why?

An order may be parked if further checks or information is required. This could also be due to issues with the credit check or even stock supply.
I'll send you a PM now so we can request some details and take a closer look as to why your order is parked.
