Please could someone from Virgin Mobile contact me via DM - I am currently in Bali and unable to use call or text service options due to overseas charges.
I put the cancellation notice for my SIM only contract before I left the U.K. at start of December and it was due to end on 27th Jan 2021. I have just checked my emails and I have received one from you to indicate that my contract will continue after 27th Jan 2021 which is not what I requested. I am now living abroad so I wanted the contract fully cancelled.
Please could someone send me a DM so this can be looked into.
