Mobile bills from 2019 and 2020

Just wondering if it's possible virgin to post or e mail all the phone bills from 2019 and 2020.I think for data protection reasons they cant keep hold of this info so a long shot

I've just checked on this for you and it looks like we can only go back 24 months via post whilst its 12 months online.

We maybe able to send the bill for December 2020 if that helps?
