Mobile bill - 10p a month??

On our wavelength

I have the oomph package which includes a free u limited sim but for some reason I get a bill for 10p every month.  Anyone have any idea why this is.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have face this issue with your bill! 

 

Can I ask if you have been able to view your bill breakdown on your My Virgin Media Mobile app? The breakdown should explain the charge.

No I can’t seem to log on every time I do the screen freezes. I’m not worried as it’s only 10p but it’s a recurring bill which is just very strange
