Lost signal thinking I had a problem I contact Virgin. I was informed that my mobile number had beed cancelled as I had asked for it to be so. Went back on my messages to find that a PAC code had been issued. I never asked for the code but now my mobile number has disappeared and Virgin have had to apply to get it back. I have questions as to how this can happen. To speak to someone I had to go through levels of security but I was only told my mumber had gone once it was gone. Three days on and I have still no service. With Christmas coming I need my number up and running. What can I do
Hi Zak. Not resolved currently. My account is indicating that my number wil be transferred back today. In the meantime my account details , statements usage etc has disappeared and they have set me up on another number and sent me a sim.
