Mobile SIM

I have no signal and I’ve been told I should of have a new SIM 6 months ago and I haven’t. 
Can you send me a new one and a refund for this month.

No signal


I had a message to say the carrier had changed and I’ve had no signal since. I’ve tried for a week to get some kind of response. 
Eventually someone from Virgin Media Twitter said I should of had a new SIM card 6 months ago and to post on here. 
I need one sending ASAP. 
Also I want a refund for the period I couldn’t use my phone.
