I placed an order for a new pay monthly contract with a new phone today and my order is showing a "parked" status. Please can someone tell me why? I was expecting the phone to be delivered tomorrow.

If a mobile phone order is parked, this means that further checks are needed to be done before a decision is made either way. This can take 3 working days and the team will be in touch with you with their final decision
