I have tried to remove parental controls on my mobile account but it does not seem to be working, can anyone help

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues making amendments to your parental control settings on the account.
Can you please confirm if you are getting any error messages and if this is via a browser or the My Virgin Media app?
If on browser, can you first try clearing the cache/cookies and if this does not work, try another browser.
