Mobile PAC needed for O2 switch as per contract

Signed new 18 month Virgin 360 deal, on 12th Jan as advised it would be now an unlimited SIM with 02, not Virgin as not Oomph package which is fine as same cost.

Advised specifically that I can port my virgin mobile number to O2. Just got O2 SIM in last couple of days so logged in to Virgin media and mobile tonight to get PAC, but says as it is being cancelled, I can't get it just now. I have also received an email saying 30 days left of contract so surely can get this code or do I  need to call CS for Virgin , and if so who?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having getting your PAC code. 

I have been able to locate your account on our side and can see you spoke with an agent regarding this and it looks to all be sorted now.
