Mobile Device Credit Agreement

Hi, I'm trying to find out when my device plan ends but I can't view the contract without the agreement number etc. which I don't have. I have searched old emails but can't find anything. Is there any other way to find this out?

I may have done but it was nearly two years ago and I can't find any emails referencing the credit agreement
