Mobile Contract

Hi all, I placed an order for a phone on contract online, everything went through perfectly fine but received an email stating there is a few more checks to be done and will receive an email or phone call by customer service soon. It's been a couple of days and no email or phone call, i've tried tracking my order and it says parked but will be delivered by the 1st next week! I'm just wondering how long it usually takes for them to email you?

Thank you for posting on the community forums. Sorry to see that your order has been parked. There are many different reasons to why your order can be parked, it should be nothing to worry about. I shall private message you now so I can look into this.
