Mobile Bills after cancellation

Hi,

I cancelled my oomph package several months back now but I notice for some reason I'm still being sent bills for the unlimited sim albeit for a zero amount.

I was told at the time that cancelling would cancel everything so why is this happening? I don't want to suddenly find one month that there is a bill for the mobile number that is no longer being used.

Hi Blakey47,

 

You are correct that if you cancelled the media oomph package that the SIM should go with it. If you are still getting zero statements from the mobile then it might not have been closed. I'll send you a private message to confirm your account details and get this done for you.
