Mobile Account Registration Password Rejection

I am trying to register for a Virgin Mobile account for a SIM included in the broadband package I have. I cannot get past the stage of registration where you input email and password - the form shows that the password is Good with green ticks, but continually returns an error asking me to check the password matches the rules - but it does!

Any help would be much appreciated.virginmedia.PNG

Sorry to hear you've encountered this problem. 

 

Is it the same if you try a different 'valid' password?

Have you been able to try a different device/browser?

Hi Tom, 

Thanks for getting in touch. It happens if I try on my mobile, both on mobile and desktop browser, and on my laptop as well, all using Chrome. I'll give Internet Explorer a try and update you.

I have just tried to register again on my laptop using Microsoft Edge, and the same thing happens.
