Missing payments

I sent a payment through a bank transfer and Virgin keeps telling me they haven’t received it. I was told to go to missingpaymentvirginmedia.co.uk and ive Ben led here. Can somebody help me.

Sorry to hear of this Maria17. How are you being notified that your bill is outstanding? Is this by email,text message or showing on your online account? 

 

Have you been given the link missingpaymentvirginmedia.co.uk by anybody or did you find it looking through our site?

We was cut off and when I rung up virgin to pay the bill, they said its because of a missing payment from March and it keeps catching up with us. The man I spoke to on the phone told me about the missing payments link. Can you please help me becuase it’s getting very frustrating now. Thanks.

When did you fill in the missing payment form? It can take up to 7 days for this to be investigated from the day you filled this in.

 

Did you get a receipt when you made the bank transfer?

hey, we haven’t filled in a missing payment form because I don’t understand how I get it. Can you please inform me on this? And yes I have a screenshot of my payment to virgin.
