Missing Sim Card

Don't know who to contact. My wife changed her tariff beginning December but Virgin have cancelled her cover altogether and said they are sending a new Sim card out. Four weeks later still waiting for it and no one is interested at Virgin, they're standard answer is ''it's in the post''. Even with Covid it wouldn't take 4 weeks for a new Sim to arrive?? Customer complaints have not replied to her either!!

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I am very sorry to hear that your wife's new SIM card has not yet arrived, I can appreciate any frustration caused. 

Our SIM cards should still be arriving within 5-7 days so I can't see why it would take four weeks or longer, it is possible it's got lost. 

I'd love to take a look from here and see if we can get another one sent, I'll just need you to confirm some information via a personal message and we can get the ball rolling. 

I look forward to hearing back from you.
