Missing SIM card lost in the post

Could you please send me the SIM card that never came - a letter came and said my phone will stop working unless I replace the old one. I'm able to log on to my account but there is no way to re-order it online.

I can see from our system that Emma_C has sent a private message over to you, so that she can confirm your correct information and get the sim sent out. Please could you reply to this message, so that Emma can get the new sim requested ASAP.
