Not sure if this is the correct method, but its been very helpful in the past.
I ordered a new SIM, last Tuesday 18th April, but I still haven't recieved it.
I recieved a email contract on the same day, but no further information.
If I log into my old Virgin mobile account it says there are no onging orders.
Any help would be grateful, thanks.
