Missed payment

Hi there

I've picked up some post from the UK alerting me to a failed payment of £19.50. Please send details of how I can make this payment online via Vietnam where I am now living. The direct debit is still set up.

 I am sorry to hear this, have you checked on your "my virgin mobile" account to see if there is a balance overdue? Is the account still active?

We cannot take payments online, you will need to call our team on 0345 600 0789
