Mis sold virgin sim

Hi,  this is my second post regarding this problem and virgin have been utter useless to resolve this,  I’ve been contacted by virgin team members on here asking for my details and they don’t get back,  is a utter disgrace,


Christmas time 2019 I took out 2 virgin SIM only deals on the agreement of being on the family plan, because I have virgin broadband,    Virgin haven’t Honoured this and I’m still paying full price for the second SIM card instead of a discounted rate,


it’s now the 5th month into the 12 month contact and virgin still haven’t sorted it,  I pay £9 for each sim but was told I would only pay £7 for the second sim, 


surely this is a breach of contract on virgins part and misleading,  anybody have this issue with virgin and how to resolve it?

Have you added the 2 sims on your "my virgin mobile" account?
