Our memorable word is either so memorable that we forgot it or we have never set it.
On talking on whatapp to an advisor we had 3 attempts at it but was locked out and informed that we would be sent a reminder by post. Unfortunately we havent received a reminder a few weeks later. Is there a way of resetting this please.
